Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains our refund guarantee, how to cancel a subscription, and how refunds are processed for ZapMind memberships.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If ZapMind does not deliver value for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will refund the amount you paid — simple, fast, no hassle.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@zapmind.in from the email address associated with your account, including your order or payment ID. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner, Cashfree, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
- You can cancel your Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plan at any time by emailing hello@zapmind.in (or from your account settings, where available).
- On cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing term, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again.
- Outside the 30-day guarantee window, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing term.
5. Lifetime Plan
The one-time Lifetime plan is covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the Lifetime purchase is non-refundable.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (except where required by applicable law);
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of the Service;
- Abuse of the refund process or fraudulent chargebacks.
7. Pricing or Processing Errors
If a transaction is affected by an obvious pricing or technical error, we may cancel and refund it and will notify you.
