Shipping & Delivery Policy

ZapMind sells digital memberships and digital products only. There are no physical goods and no physical shipping involved.
1. Digital Delivery
After your payment is successfully processed through our payment partner, Cashfree, access to your ZapMind membership and digital resources is delivered electronically — through your account and/or to your registered email address. Access is typically granted immediately, and in any case within a few minutes of a successful payment.
2. No Physical Shipping
Because all products are digital, no items are shipped, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.
3. Didn’t Receive Access?
If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please check your email spam/promotions folder, then contact us at hello@zapmind.in with your order or payment ID. We will resolve it promptly.
