1. The Service

ZapMind is a digital membership that provides access to creator tools, templates, resources, automation systems, and related digital content. The Service is delivered electronically; no physical goods are sold.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Membership Plans & Billing

• Plans: Monthly (₹459), Quarterly (₹929), Annual (₹2,976), and Lifetime (₹4,999, one-time). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Auto-renewal: Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans automatically renew at the end of each billing term until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partner, Cashfree, to charge your selected payment method for each renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid term, after which it will not renew. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Lifetime plan: A one-time payment granting access for the operational lifetime of the Service, subject to these Terms.
• Price changes: We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.

5. License & Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital content for your own creator or business purposes. You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or publicly share the content, resources, or your account access;
• Copy or reproduce the content except as expressly permitted;
• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials in the Service are owned by ZapMind or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

7. Third-Party Tools & Trademarks

The Service may reference, integrate with, or compare against third-party tools and brands. Such names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only. We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, growth, reach, or outcomes. Any figures, metrics, or examples shown are illustrative only and are not promises of performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapMind and Anveshana Futurecorp Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZapMind from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
